This rather tired Retail Center was transformed into an attractive and successful shopping plaza. Porches and roofs were reconfigured, roof-mounted signage was eliminated, windows and doors were redesigned and replaced, and the new illuminated cupolas were added to provide vertical accents. Numerous computer generated 3D design options were explored, and the computer renderings helped gain Design Review Committee approval and accurately represented the final result. Designs for new tenants includes Jenny Boston, Laze Away, Dance Expressions and the 45 East Main Street Café.
