Designed by Daniel Lewis while at Gorman Richardson Architects, this was the second senior living condominium projects designed by Daniel Lewis in Marlborough, MA. Lewis assisted with the drafting of the new zoning provisions which allowed this type of project. A variety of Unit Types are arranged in a series of winding roads and cul-de-sacs, respecting the brooks and wetland areas and retaining the beauty of the site.
