Release Well-Being Center
Previously owned by the Town of Westborough, the historic Federal Style Nathan Fisher House on Route 9 in Westborough had been sitting vacant for dozens of years. Built in 1820 as a home, farm and store, it provided services for those travelling the original Boston to Worcester Turnpike. In 2015, the Town accepted Linda Townsend and Todd Alexander’s proposal for the renovation of the NFH and redevelopment of the site. The Nathan Fisher House and the new 7000 SF building are now the Release Well-Being Center, a comprehensive total wellness center, which includes spaces for Yoga, Fitness, Massage and Treatments, Locker Rooms, Salt Therapy, a Steam Room, Saunas, a healthy living Café and Relaxation Areas, along with outdoor spaces for Yoga and Meditation, and an Outdoor Spa and Fireplace.
